Super Junior to release repackaged album, “A-Cha”!
Dominating charts and sweeping trophies for weeks on end with “Mr. Simple“, Super Junior is gearing up to do it all over again with their upcoming repackaged album, “A-Cha“!
“A-Cha” will contain all 13 songs from “Mr. Simple Version B“, in addition to four new songs.
The song “A-CHA” will act as their title track, and is said to be a rock-based, electro house number. “Oops!!” guest-features labelmates f(x) and has raps personally penned by members Leeteuk, Heechul, Shindong, and Eunhyuk.
Super Junior-M member Henry teamed up with Leeteuk to compose “Andante“, an emotional ballad that’s sure to pluck heartstrings with its sentimental lyrics. Finally, the album includes “A Day“, which aims to showcase Super Junior’s mature color.

Actor Lee Jun Ki and singer Park Hyo Shin, both of whom are currently enlisted with Korea’s military service, will be participating in the ‘Korean National Military Symphony‘ concert tour across California!
This tour is dedicated to ‘Commemorating the Unknown Heroes’ of the Korean War, and the two will depart for the States on September 19th.
Starting from September 20th, this 5-day tour will take place in various locations across California, including Oceanside, UCLA’s Royce Hall, Los Angeles, Fullerton, and San Diego.
The Korean National Military Symphony plans to deliver a delightful set of music, while Park Hyo Shin who will sing the song, “My Way“. He’ll also perform “You Raise Me Up” as a duet with musical actor Park Wan. Meanwhile, Lee Jun Ki will be acting as the MC of the event.
T-ara has been selected to be the first ever idol group to endorse ‘Himart‘!
On September 14th, Core Contents Media revealed, “T-ara will be parodying Nam Jin‘s ‘With You’ with Himart’s current model, actor Yoon Sang Hyun. Himart has always chosen the most popular stars for their endorsements, and this time they’ve chosen T-ara (their first ever idol group models), thanks to their ‘Roly-Poly‘ popularity this summer.”
Representatives of Himart added, “We’ve always only ever brought on actors with friendly images in order to appeal to our older consumer base. This time, through T-ara, we hope to appeal to a wider variety from teens all the way to those in their 60′s.”
We previously reported in July that T-Max‘s Kim Joon would enlist with the army this year. As it turns out, Kim Joon plans to enlist sometime this month, causing fans to gasp over the surprise announcement.
On September 13th, comedian Han Min Kwan and Kim Joon both guested on KBS‘s ‘Invincible Baseball Team – Field of Dreams‘, where Han Min Kwan revealed, “Kim Joon will enlist with the army in September. Once the Chuseok holiday ends, he plans to start his military service after a few weeks pass.”
Kim Joon bashfully stated, “I wanted to say it first with my own mouth during the broadcast; I didn’t know this would come out of nowhere.”
When asked whether he was worried about enlisting with the army, Kim Joon replied, “A lot of people are worrying, but if Min Kwan-hyung went, then I don’t see why I wouldn’t be able to.”
Leader Gyuri began, “We truly prepared busily for our third album, and made an effort to show just how hard we worked. Although we’ll only be promoting for three short weeks, we’re going to do our best for every moment that we’re on stage.”
Seungyeon stated, “We’re finally releasing our third album in Korea. Compared to our other albums, this is an especially important one that we all feel more affectionate towards. We participated in the recording, choreography, music video, and style concepts. It will only be for a short while, but we want to show our best.”
The members continued, “Ever since our debut, people asked what our differentiating factor was, and we always said that it was our friendliness. This time, we want to go with something unique and professional. We hope that if we do our best on stage, it will become the best stage for our fans as well.”
When asked about their controversy earlier this year, they replied, “It’s an album that contains our feelings for our fans. We’ll work to improve and show our teamwork.”
Concluding the showcase, they stated, “Whether in Korea or Japan, we’re just happy to be able to receive such love. We’re starting our Korean promotions now, but we want to be a group that receives love wherever we go. We hope to greet our fans more often in the future.”
